WinAPI (Win32) Declare library that adds Windows-specific functionality to Xojo projects: window opacity, always-on-top windows and OS version info.
WinAPILib is a library of WinAPI (Win32) Declares you can add to your Xojo projects to add Windows-specific functionality. It is intended to work with both 32-bit and 64-bit builds and covers features such as setting a Window to a given opacity, making a Window always topmost, and reading back Windows version information.
If you are using Xojo 2025 Release 3 or later you can download the compiled xojo_library file from the repository and drop it straight into your project instead of copying the source.
